OKSTYLE Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your OKSTYLE purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Eligible Items:

• All unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items
• Items purchased within the last 30 days of the original purchase date
• Original tags and packaging must be attached

Non-Eligible Items:

• Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
• Underwear, swimwear, and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized items
• Items damaged due to wear and tear or improper care

Refund Process:

1. Initiate your return:
   • Log in to your OKSTYLE account or visit our returns portal.
   • Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.
   • Print your return shipping label.
2. Package your item(s) securely:
   • Place the item(s) in their original packaging with tags attached.
   • Include your packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
3. Ship your return:
   • Attach the pre-paid return label to your package.
   • Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

Refund Timeline:

• Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item you don’t want and place a new order for the correct item.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
• For international returns, additional customs fees may apply.

OKSTYLE Cancellation Policy

Need to change your mind? You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund.

Cancellation Process:

1. Log in to your OKSTYLE account or visit your order confirmation email.
2. Click on the “Cancel Order” button next to your order.
3. Confirm your cancellation.

Cancellation Timeline:

• Your order can only be cancelled before it ships. Once your order ships, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.
• If you cancel your order before it ships, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase within 3-5 business days.
